There was an ancient window-shade that was seemingly made of some kind of rather inferior canvas. Since it was all bent up and flaking and stained, it was placed in the rubbish. But I fished it out, cleaned it, pressd it as best I could, and chopped it into about six smaller pieces in order to paint thereon.
